(More customer reviews)Crosman lives up to it's reputation with the Phantom 1000. This is a real rifle, not a toy. Well built, and well thought out, this rifle can stand the test of time and use. The fiber optic sights are right on the money; easy to see even in dim light. The overall construction of this rifle is solid and should last a lifetime. With a single break of the action, pellets hit hard and penetrate tin cans at 70 feet, and I mean in and out of both sides.

Included instructions are easy to understand. The trigger safety is located in an easily accesable place, (right in front of the trigger) and a trigger lock is included with the rifle. All in all this is a fine rifle, worthy of a place in your gun cabinet.

Crosman R71, Clear and Black airsoft gun Review

(More customer reviews)OK, so this was my first gun I ever got.I bought it at wal-mart.First off this was very surprising.I expected a crappy little gun, but this was nothing like that.It is clear but i used electric tape and taped it all up now it looks like a real MP5.

Pros:

-Lightweight
-Good rate of fire (5 bb's/sec 300bb/min)
-Magazine holds almost 500 bb's
-Good fps for the price (I've clocked it at up to 255 fps)
-Comes with silencer
-Removable stock
-Looks impressive

Cons:

-No scope (The scope it the magazine)
-The bb's sometimes get clogged up while they're dropping into the gun to shoot and you have to shake the gun.
-Not very good range (25-50 ft)
-Can be pretty inaccurate
-Only uses .12 (.20 will drop 10 ft in front of the gun)

Overall I would recommend this gun to a beginner, but only as a first gun or maybe a second.

Currently I have the Well R6E M4A1, and I would recommend it.But it's $100.

Crosman T4 Kit air pistol Review

(More customer reviews)I own this pistol. I am a certified firearms instructor for the last 28 years. Here is my review.
The biggest issue with this pistol is that it does not work. You 'load' the pistol by putting 8 BBs or 8 pellets into a round, plastic 'clip'. The you push a button to release the slide from battery and then drop the clip into the chamber, pull back the slide and you should be able to fire the pistol.
The issue: You drop the circular clip into the chamber. It does not align with the barrel!. You have to shake the pistol and hope that it aligns before you return the slide to battery. In shaking the pistol BBs and pellets fall out of the clip into the chamber! If it actually aligns on the first 'drop' the 'clip' my experience is that only 2 or 3 of the 8 BBs/pellets actually leave the clip and fire through the barrel. All BBs were supplied by Crosman as part of the package.
I have contacted Crosman to return the pistol and have requested a full refund including sales tax and my shipping charges. (You cannot return the pistol to Amazon or other retailer for a refund. You have to deal with Crosman).

Crosman Air Mag C11 CO2 Powered airsoft gun Review

(More customer reviews)The Crosman Air Mag C11 is a terrific airsoft pistol.I have owned it for a couple months now and have used it in several woodland battles. It is powerful, about 350 fps, heavy, and accurate (shoots a .2 I estimate 40-50 feet before it starts to curve).The C11 is also economical on gas.A 12 gram powerlet will give you I estimate 120-140 shots before there is a noticeable decline in power.So even if you are quick to shoot and use this as your primary weapon, a single powerlet will last you an afternoon of airsoft.The casing is made mostly of plastic, but it seems high grade and definitely feels like a very solid gun.

In my opinion, opt for this over a green gas using weapon, as co2 powerlets are very easy to swap out and in, last a long time, and are insanely cheap.Green gas containers are more expensive and a leak in one or the magazine/gun could be a major problem.

Anyhow, if you are looking for a gas non-blowback pistol, the Crosman Airmag C11 is an excellent choice.

They load pritty quickly, but if you want to take the BBs out it takes time. They are perfect for air soft battles, because they hold 19 rounds. The springs are strong. Over all they get 4 stars!

(More customer reviews)My son wanted an airsoft gun for his 13th more than anything. I was adamant against it, until I discovered that my 5 yo nephew had one. Watching videos on youtube also helped. Although anything will hurt if hit in the eye etc, I was confident that if the destructive neighborhood children got a hold of these the worst they'd do was to swing it at someone (needless to say they're not allowed near them) DS has been using his guns for 3 weeks now without problems. No jams, no cracks in the casing. Buying a sticky target to go with it is pretty much a no-brainer with these. The heavier ammo will shoot and stick better too. Invest in some heavy, white or orange pellets so you can pick them up after. Don't bother with the "bio-degradable" ammo as they take years to decompose and just push chemicals down into the earth.
