Crosman PRO77 Kit air pistol Review

Crosman PRO77 Kit air pistol
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I own several Crosman pistols and this one is my favorite. The gun feels very real when held in your hand.It doesnt have that cheap plastic look and feel that so many other air pistols have.It is a bit heavier like a firearm. When you fire the pistol, the realistic blowback feature provides a little kick, you don't usually get with an air gun.I really like it.It has never jammed on me either. You can rattle off all 17 rounds very quickly because the trigger is very light. It is not as loud (I like them loud) and powerful as my Crosman 1088 and it doesn't fire pellets (my favorite), but it is my favorite pistol for plinking.Buy plenty of BB's because you'll need them.

SIG Sauer P229 Full Metal Blow Back Gas Pistol airsoft gun Review

SIG Sauer P229 Full Metal Blow Back Gas Pistol airsoft gun
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Bought this with the intent as using this as a training complement to my actual Sig P229. While there's going to be obvious differences due the functional action of an airsoft, aside from the federally mandated orange tip this all-metal airsoft of the Sig P229 is a pretty convincing copy of the 9mm 229, at least from its shape. Deviations revolve around the fit and finish tolerances that clearly are not as precise as the real gun, compounded by plenty of rattles and play with the magazine and the slide action, and its weight is a bit light (especially noticeable when the real Sig's 15-round mag is full), but the overall balance and look still gives the user a reasonable feel for the actual gun.

Downsides are few, but they DO exist. Material selection isn't really much of a match, but it's probably no surprise considering the relative cost difference. The slide is slightly wider than that of the real 229, so rigid holsters like the particular Blackhawk Serpa I own don't fit cleanly over this airsoft version. The valve for filling the magazine's gas chamber occasionally sticks open from the filling operation, where it can leak after refilling and the bottle of Green Gas has been disconnected, thus allowing the propellant to escape from the storage chamber. Only quick and continued prodding from the Green Gas can's nozzle causes the valve to 'unstick'. Not exactly a method that provides any measure of confidence in the gun's build quality.

From a shooting standpoint, this airsoft 229 clone isn't bad but it's not perfect either. I've had a number of misfires in the first 100 or so shots with this gun. I've also had a few incidents where I swore the gas chamber was full (it wouldn't accept any more gas from the bottle) only to rudely find that the gun would only fire 4 or 5 BBs then with the next shot there wouldn't be any more propellant left in the magazine. I'm still trying to get an opinion as to how accurate this gun can be, but unfortunately with the frequency of the misfires I've had a tough time getting any sort of rhythm and consistency out of it. As a result it's been rather hard to tell what type and weight of 6mm BB the gun works best with. The blowback action is more cute than anything in the same time zone as realistic, feeling rather goofy and contrived and not anything in the neighborhood to the real gun's action. In truth, so far the only real saving grace for this airsoft pistol is that it appears so much like my real 229.

It would've been a nicer and more accurate touch had the slide on this airsoft been able to have been modified to receive a set of the radioactive sights that the 9mm Sig comes with, and that the recoil spring had greater tension to better mimic the stiff action of the 9mm's own slide, but in general I honestly can't really complain too much given the realities of this being an airsoft pistol. My Sig-branded light/laser (made by iTac) fits on the rail on the gun's chassis, though the required sliding on/off action is rather more snug than on the real gun; that said, the sideways mounting action of my Streamlight light/laser combo presents no problems. I guess I need to occasionally remind myself that in the end this gun is merely a simulation of the real 229, and as such it does do this fairly well.

It's just that I continue to wish it did it a little better and more convincingly, particularly for the money that this particular style airsoft pistol costs relative to other similar-use guns. For the owner of a real P229, perhaps it's a neat alternative to have as a counter to the 9mm or .40 and for practicing away from the range, but frankly from a usefulness and training standpoint you'd probably be better off with a Sig Mosquito .22LR or a P229 .22LR conversion kit as a shooting alternative instead, even if it means going to the range to get your practice in.

Crosman Copperhead 1500 Copper Coated BBs in a Bottle Review

Crosman Copperhead 1500 Copper Coated BBs in a Bottle
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
I've used these BBs to test my friend's Daisy 880 and so far I've had 0 problems. I'd recommend them to anyone who uses a Daisy 105 Buck, Daisy Red Ryder, and Daisy 840 Grizzly.

These BBs can be used in a Daisy 880, Crosman 760, or any other pneumatic pump air rifle that accepts .177 BBs. However, I would not recommend it, unless you're looking for a inexpensive option. For those kind of air rifles, you should use pellets. Crosman makes some very good Wadcutter pellets that can be purchased thru Amazon.

Have fun, and be safe.

This rifle is light in weight, has good power and seems to be on target. Takes a little time tozero in scope, but once reached it does well. Well worth the money, try optionalpellets until you find the one that works best for you. Good luck plinking and happy hunting.

Crosman 357 Semi-Auto CO2 Powered Pellet Revolver with 6-Inch Barrel Review

Crosman 357 Semi-Auto CO2 Powered Pellet Revolver with 6 inch Barrel
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
Don't get me wrong, I like the gun.Looks like my .357 magnum I used to have, but this one feels alot lighter (most part Plastic.)Accuracy wise, I can't get much better grouping than 3 1/2 " at 25',indoor, single action free hand.It got worst at double action, because the trigger pull seem to be a little longer.I get around 70 consistent (velocity) shots, then it drops off.Easy break barrel loading though the barrel lock looks fragile. You have to take off both sides of the handle to load the co2, this is due to the co2 holder screw being inside the handle, not sticking out.It comes with 2 speedloader.

Product Description:
A 1:1 scale replica of a genuine pistol, this Crosman 3576 airsoft revolver is remarkably authentic. The 3576 fires round small plastic pellets known as BBs, which are propelled out of the gun through a C02-powered mechanism. The advantage of the airsoft revolver, however, is that players can safely train, simulate, or play with the gun without fearing serious injury. The 3576 looks, feels, weighs, and functions just like a real firearm, but is built for casual recreation rather than weaponized use. In fact, the only way you can typically tell a real-steel firearm from an airsoft revolver is the blazing orange tip and the BBs that fire when you pull the trigger. The semi-automatic 3576 offers such features a 10-shot magazine, a finger-molded grip design that's perfect for action shooting, an accurate 6-inch rifled steel barrel, and attractive revolver styling.
Specifications:

    Power source: C02
    Capacity: 10 rounds
    Caliber: 0.177 (4.5mm)
    Velocity: Up to 435 fps

Crosman C11 CO2 Powered Semi-Automatic BB Repeater Air Pistol Review

Crosman C11 CO2 Powered Semi-Automatic BB Repeater Air Pistol
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
So far ive had this pistol for about one month. It proves to be very efficient in accuracy and FPS. The gun feels sturdy in your hands and the Co2 cartridge is easy to load. The only thing that prevents me from giving this 5 stars is that the loading of BB's is tedious. Also if you have BB's in the clip and you slide it out a BB always pops out no matter what.

All in all this little pistol is a great buy. I promise you will not be dissapointed by the performance of this product.

Crosman 1377 American Classic Variable Pump Power Bolt Action Air Pistol Review

Crosman 1377 American Classic Variable Pump Power Bolt Action Air Pistol
Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)
The Good:
This pistol is a great air pistol that delivers more fire power (~600fps @ 10 pumps) than most other air pistols. This pistol is extremely accurate and does well with mounted scopes or red dot sights using the additional 459MT Crossman dove tails mounts. The pistol also has ambidextrous grips for left and right handed shooters. The pistol also offers a choice between a traditional nocth rear sight and aperture sight. The sights are all in one piece and to switch you just have to unscrew it from the back of the pistol and flip from the aperture to notch or vice-verse. The rear sight is also fully adjustable for drop and windage.

The Not So Good:
The pistol could benifit from a built in magazine so that shooting is faster, but slower shooting does encourage safety. The pistol could also benifit from a claw on the back of the air tube so that the sharper parts don't cut into the hand between thumb and fore-finger as much (not a big problem). The pistol is really front heavy making single hand shooting imposible; this is inherent in the design of any pump air pistol.

Overall:
With selectable power (amount of pumps used) and choise of built in fully adjustable aperture or notch sight and the capability of using universal sights with the crosman dovetails, this gun is great for learning the art of marksmanship. The pistol's 600fps also allows for the ability to use it for rodent control as well. The pistol is made of high quality components and will last for years to come.
