(More customer reviews)After reviewing comments on various weaver and picatinny rails available, I must admit I got a bit nervous purchasing one.But when I got this weaver rail, it fit my Bushmaster AR15 perfectly.I had heard and read plenty of horror stories about these rails not fitting the hand guard openings.I had no such trouble at all with this item.I had the rail on in less than 5 minutes.All the hardware I needed was included.The rail fit as if it had been made for my weapon.It fit snugly with no stripping problems at all, either.I'm not sure what else I could possibly have asked for.This was a great buy.

(More customer reviews)I still haven't tested if the scope I mounted on this riser is able to keep it's zero, but it looks very secure. At first, I thought it seemed loose, but after figuring out how to tighten it, it seemed rock solid.

(More customer reviews)I can't fault the build of the product as it seems to work well for those who mount it on a first generation GSG-5. There must be some subtle design difference between the two generations that will not allow for a level mount of this product on the second generation GSG-5. To clarify: There is no "snap" when the mount is placed on this rifle. I've watched the video through Combat Optical and replicated it to the best of my ability, to no avail. Took it to the range and can't get a round on the target at 10 yards. To Combat Optical's credit: I received the product in a timely fashion and it was exactly what was advertised. If you have a 1st gen, it probably works. If you can get it to work on 2nd gen without significant metal working talent, please post how you accompished this.
