(More customer reviews)It is perfect for a compact carbine rifle.(H&R / Rossi) budget rifle.

If you do mount it on the H&R's (barrel accessory program) or Rossi single rifles, make sure you use the (Leapers Accushot 1-Pc Offset Mount w/1 Rings, Weaver/Picatinny Mount) 1" mount to off set back (reverse the leaper's mount) the optic to proper 2-3" eye relief for your rifle. It works to rear seat extend this optic for proper eye relief.Result= compact low riding optic for easy eye relief and shooting.Threadlock / locktite the bolts.An ATI Stock is also an option to get proper eye relief depending on above platforms used when using such a compact optic.

Pros:Nice compact size, average eye relief, not too much magnification, price, tube focus, reticle clarity adj.Perfect .22 optic I can easily read each hole at 25yd to make adjustments to the optic easily and hold overs at longer ranges.Keeps a carbine a low profile easy handling rifle as it should be for youth or carbine rifle shooting.

Cons: Used as a fixed power and fixed zero optic, not much else should be done with it.

It performs past it's price value.There are not a lot of compact mil dot optics out there in a fixed power of 6x that give you a decent field of view in this price range.Don't look at it as a precision optic, it isn't.It is a bang for the buck budget optic for a budget rifle.
