(More customer reviews)These rings are an excellent value for someone on a budget.I was impressed by the quality, fit, finish, and versatality of these tactical scope rings. They are finished in a durable matte black, and can be used on 30MM scope tubes as well as 1 inch scope tubes with the furnished 1 inch inserts.If your rifle has iron sights you will be able to use these as well because these are designed as see-thru rings, allowing instant use of your rifles sights.Please keep in mind that these rings are light weight and their use schould be confined to lower recoiling firearms. I would say that they are more than adaquate for all calibers equal to or less than the recoil of the 7.62X51 NATO (308 Winchester) round. These rings only use two screws to secure the cap to the ring so I would also limit their use to lighter weight scopes.It's also very important to use some type thread locker such as Loctite thread locker Blue 242 which allows later disassembly if so desired.I rated these rings as 5 star products because of the value per $$$ spent, and also for the quality and versatility.If you're looking for inexpensive, light weight, see thru tactical rings you can't go wrong with these.I highly recommend them.
