The only good thing about this scope is the glass.If everything else matched the glass this would be a good review.The worst thing about this scope is the base.There was machining that wasn't completed.I don't know if it is even going to fit on my AR.I don't have my AR yet because of Obama so I don't know.The illuminated reticle is useless.The light from the leds makes the lenses glow so bad that all you see is red or green.Also the light from the the illuminated reticle makes you see everything inside the scope, like the globs of grease.If your eye moves too close to the bottom of the eye piece the led shines right in your eye.There are settings for brightness but they only work for the red settings. The green ones don't work, they are all the same brightness, full on.Not very good if you want to use at night.The cast frame of the scope is riddled with porosity.Good thing they didn't promise it was nitrogen filled because there would be no way it would stay in with all those holes.

I gave Vector Optics a chance and they failed miserably.The only reason I gave them a shot is because I think optics companies are out of line with their prices.The real acog is $1,000 or more.I guess they have you though cause this scope isn't the answer.

Now about LG outdoors.I would find another place to buy your stuff.Read the reviews carefully!The only people that are happy are the ones lucky enough not to deal with returns.If you get something wrong or defective they make you jump through hoops when they should be bending over backwards to correct the situation.Seems they are playing the numbers game.If they get enough orders right then who cares about the people they didn't do right by.Seems they are new to technology like phones or email.How hard is it to contact someone?I mean really!Games! Games!! Games!!!
