(More customer reviews)although expensive, this is a well made scope mount.Allows the scope to be mounted as far back on the rifle as possible.This provides a good scope picture.The mount is sturdy and secure.
However, this mount does not work on the old original sheridan rifles.
Instead us Benjamin/Sheridan B272 Four Piece Intermount for the old original sheridan rifle.Cost is ~$15.
The B272 Intermount does not allow the scope to be mounted very far back on the rifle.Therefor a pistol scope or a scope that can be held far from your eye is best.
